Court Issues Warrant of Arrest against Two Oil Marketers

Justice Lateefat Okunnu of Ikeja High  Court Tuesday issued a warrant for the arrest of two oil marketers in Lagos.

The two marketers, Olarenwaju Olalusi and Opeyemi Ajuyah,  standing trial on allegation of N1.1billion  fuel subsidy fraud,   had  failed to  be present   in  the court  without giving good reasons.

The oil marketers were charged to court with the son of Alhaji Abdulazeez Arisekola-Alao,  Mr  Abdullahi,  by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
