Mba Set to Move to France- Reports.

Mba, in the Colours of Enugu Rangers. An anonymous source close to the 24-year-
old midfielder revealed to MTNFootball.com
that a move for the Warri Wolves player to
the French club is now imminent, saying: “Last week, Sunday completed his travel
documents to go and sign for Bastia in the
French top flight. “He is expected to sign a three-year
contract with the Ligue 1 outfit this week,
but I don’t have the other details of the
contract.” Mba, who scored Nigeria’s Afcon 2013
winning goal against Burkina Faso in
February, played for Enugu Rangers on a
season-long loan since returning from the
African soccer showpiece in South Africa. He becomes the third home-based players
who featured for Nigeria at the Nations Cup
to be moving across the shores of the
country. Bastia had previously tried signing Godfrey
Obaobona, who has since joined Turkish
side Rizespor, but an agreement fell
through. Mba has capped 17 times for Nigeria and
scored 5 goals including the match winner
in the 2-1 semi-final victory over Cote
d’Ivoire in February.
