Anambra Decides: News, Updates and Results

As Anambarians go to the polls today, to choose the next Governor of the State, DailyPost will be keeping you updated with the latest news and happenings all around the Eastern state.

12.48pm: The INEC has assured that election in Idemili North and South will be conclusively conducted, with time extension allowed as may be necessary.
This followed reports of late arrival of materials in these areas.
12.24pm: Voting materials are yet to arrive at most polling units in Idemili North and South.
A spokesperson for Chris Ngige campaign organisation, Okelo Madukaife, who spoke to DailyPost described it as sabotage.
Okelo lamented that accreditation would end soon, yet there is no sign of materials.
12.22pm: The APGA candidate, Willy Obiano has shortly after his accreditation, dispelled rumour of his disqualification. He urged his supporters to ignore the rumour and cast their votes for the APGA.
