One of our promising youngsters, who starred on our recent pre-season tour of the Far East and Australia, is looking for a second loan spell.
Jesse Lingard, an explosive 20 year-old winger spent much of last season on loan at Leicester City but without really seeing any major first team action.
However, a year on, the consensus of opinion is that Lingard has improved significantly and his development will benefit further if another season long loan spell can be secured.
The early favourites to acquire Lingard`s services, on a season long loan, appear to be Burnley, with Sean Dyche keen to give the youngster a role in his Turf Moor side.
We`ll report further if anything materialises.
